Pre-Sales Manager- Healthcare

Location: Preferably based out of Greater New York Area, Should not need work visa sponsorship.

Report to: Chief Revenue Officer

Major Responsibilities:

  • Solution for proactive and reactive opportunities (solution strategy, estimation, pricing and contracting)

  • Interact with clients, CRO, sales and client partners to understand requirements, identify the current pain points, and design solutions to win the business

  • Work with offshore pre sales teams who will support for proposal making, pricing and marketing collateral

  • Prepare and/Or Review SOW and drive the SOW discussions with customers along with sales & delivery teams

  • Putting together a business case and presenting to the client

  • Lead efforts to get experts to author white papers/case studies for collateral development

  • Manage the business pipeline along with the new outreaches and ensure prompt follow ups

  • Be able to research new areas of growth, new regulations and impact on our business with the help of BA and other stakeholders

  • Coaching and mentoring relatively junior or new Presales team members

  • Manage client in the beginning and handover to client engagement teams


General Skills:

  • Must have healthcare (providers and/or payers) domain experience

  • Must be experienced in working with offshore teams in different time zones

  • Supports the organization by managing leads and RFPs to convert to a win

  • Develops and delivers winning proposals through effective development of presentations and other client deliverables

  • Takes ownership and responsibility for the process, ensuring the proposal follows the company’s operational goals and guidelines

  • High energy individual with 10-15 years of hands-on experience in proposal authoring

  • Very well versed with pricing models, designing high-level functional solution, visualize and design high-level mock-ups

  • Should know how to write product– based proposals as well as services focused proposals


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Science / Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering

  • Master’s Degree desired, but not must

Work Experience: 12 years and above experience
